We make renting with JANADE simple from delivery to return. All rental orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post, with tracking provided once your dress has been dispatched.

The $30 shipping fee includes both delivery to you and return shipping back to JANADE.
Your dress will arrive carefully prepared and ready to wear. A prepaid return label will be included with your order, so there is nothing further to pay when returning your rental.
WHEN WILL MY DRESS ARRIVE?
We schedule your delivery so that your dress is expected to arrive before the beginning of your rental period.
Australia Post Express generally delivers within 1–3+ business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your destination and Australia Post's network.
We recommend submitting your rental request as early as possible, particularly for weddings, formals and other date-sensitive occasions.
RETURNING YOUR DRESS
Returning your JANADE rental is simple. Place the dress back into the provided return packaging, use the prepaid return label and lodge the parcel with Australia Post by the return date provided with your booking.
There is no additional return postage charge.
You do not need to clean, wash or dry-clean your dress before returning it. Once received, JANADE will professionally clean, steam and prepare the piece for its next rental.
LATE RETURNS
Please return your dress by the agreed return date, as another customer may have reserved the piece immediately after your rental.
If you expect that your return may be delayed, please contact JANADE as soon as possible so our team can assist.
